Mediations Matter applies substantive expertise and hands-on experience to mediations in these generally limited areas:

Because we are active and conduct mediation in only eight specialized areas of service, Mediations Matter delivers focus and value to all of our proceedings.

Our Chief Mediator is Gayle Brammer. Gayle and the entire team of certified mediators are available to disputing parties and/or their counsel for private mediations as well as court ordered civil disputes.

All required facilities for mediations are appropriate to the need, all required mediation administrative functions are executed seamlessly. Mediations Matter does not receive any subsidy or revenue from any court or governmental entity.

The price to conduct a mediation session and to service an alternative dispute resolution for Mediations Matter is based on an hourly fee for the mediator.

Mediator Fee: $350 per hour, minimum two hours, divided between the parties, absent any other agreement

The mediator will charge for real time in conference, together with time clocked reviewing the file in preparation for the mediation and for any necessary after mediation telephone calls to achieve a settlement. 

There are no additional fees for travel, lunch, administration, report generation or filings.
